Nogo Olive and Red Wine Pasta Sauce

We use gorgeous Australian kalamata olives, plump capers, fresh parsley and De Bortoli Wine’s Pinot Noir to make this beautifully rich pasta sauce.
Simply toss through your favourite pasta, pour on chicken (a la cacciatore) or great as a pizza sauce. Just heat and serve.
