Tracklements Smooth Dijon Mustard
Made for us by a wonderful French moutardier near Beaune, Burgundy. There’s no better thing to dab on a fat, juicy steak.
Our mustard flour is from Canada, where the rainfall and temperature have an impact on the piquant flavour, giving it a blast of heat.
Best with a really good steak.
Water, Mustard Seed (31%), Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Citric Acid.
Refrigerate after opening.
